CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation Policy** We kindly ask for at least **24 hours' notice** for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with **less than 24 hours' notice** and **no-show appointments** will be charged **50% of the scheduled service(s)** to the card on file. A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. If your card is declined, removed, or deactivated and the cancellation fee cannot be processed, your online booking privileges will be suspended until the balance is paid and a valid card is added to your account.
